"We stayed at this home for a quick weekend visit to the area with friends. The house is what you would expect for a cape home with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The host was very responsive, and we had no issues. I forgot the post for the house stated the garage appt. was occupied so I was startled in the morning to see a man in the side backyard. I apologized for the loud laughter late the previous night as we were catching up with stories. He was very nice and said we were no bother. Don't let that stop you from renting this house. I would definitely go back in the summer when we can use the yard and BBQ. "

"Property is very clean and comfortable and in a great location. Owners are wonderful. They are friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us in every way. Deborah is a fantastic chef. Breakfast was amazing. Nice presentation, delicious fresh fruit every day along with the best gluten free main courses that I thoroughly enjoyed. So grateful for safe dining options. Even had delicious gluten free cookies in our room every day. Renee has everything else covered, quietly busy in the background making sure everything is perfect, from our first greeting to our goodbye. Love the patio and fire pit. Wonderful way to unwind in the evening. Very relaxing and enjoyable few days. Thank you so much. "

"Beautiful Cape House- This was the perfect house for our Christmas on The Cape Vacation which included 6 of us (can sleep 8 comfortably). The house was spacious and very clean with all updated amenities plus a refinished basement space that was a surprise. It was a 5 minute drive to Mayflower Beach which is our favorite. The owner was super helpful and easy to connect with to answer all of my questions. It is located on a narrow (very bumpy) street tucked away from traffic and very quiet. We worried about getting our boat in the driveway (pictures make it look longer than it is) but it fit perfectly. Highly recommend. We can’t wait to go back. "

"The location was absolutely perfect as we were able to come and go to the beach during the day and for sunset. We had a small issue with a leak and it was addressed immediately by the owners. We fit our large immediate family and children in the house with ample bedrooms/beds. Thank you. "
