"Great stay at this Holiday Inn Express which was so close to Busch Gardens Tampa! Check in was quick, staff were friendly, and joking around and smiling. Parking by the entrance was tight and they were busy, but plenty of parking out back. I had room 327, right by the elevator, but it was quiet, aside from a disgruntled employee at Olive Garden next door slamming things into the dumpster at 12:30am! The room was renovated, clean, spacious, and comfortable. I had no issues with the room, everything worked, water pressure was good in the shower, and plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable, had soft and firm pillows, AC worked well, and the chair was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, they even had BACON although it was replaced with sausage towards the end of breakfast, plenty of cinnamon rolls, and lots to choose from. I enjoyed the veggie omelets and left breakfast full and satisfied. I would definitely stay again, the room was a good value, and my only issue was my room key stopped working after I got into my room, as I went back outside to get something, couldn't get back in through rear door, luckily another guest was entering, and then couldn't get into my room, but they gave me new key cards. Everything else was great! I recommend staying at this Holiday Inn Express! "

"This was a great experience, as this was a first for me. Met with Zen upon arrival, she is a pleasant person. She gave me the room and door code, then showed the property. EVERYTHING was very clean. The bed was comfortable with all the amenities of a hotel. I plan on staying on my next trip to this area, and tell others looking for a nice place less than a hotel."
