"No coffee maker, refrigerator or microwave in the room…. card keys have been deactivated/not worked on 3 of my stays here, leaving me a long walk to the desk and quite a wait for the desk people to be available. HOWEVER, the desk person was helpful, going up stairs to let me in without complaint, and apologized that he couldn’t immediately replace my key due to the card maker being down. I can say that the rooms are clean, the towels are somewhat plush, the staff are friendly and polite. Building is very old and badly needs updating BUT it is one of the cheapest yet safe motels within tolerable distance from center of town and right off the highway. None of the patrons were rude or bothersome. IN SHORT, if you can rough it camping you’ll be fine here. It beats an air mattress, a huge hotel bill, and a long drive in festival traffic to the outskirts to get basic luxuries when exhausted! It’s cheap but a clean bed… common sense says there are NO luxuries, so don’t expect any."

"Only complaint was pillows I never saw such small pillows for sleeping! Also ask for extra quilt or you’ll be quite cold. Hotel is great, the casino cleanliness is questionable. Especially at the drink self serve stations. If a smoker the 2 areas do not have great ventilation nor are they cleaned through out the day. Quite gross actually"

"The room was definitely not worth how much I paid. If you have kids especially. The staff was SUPER rude and disrespectful and not helpful at all. Charged us for every single item. Charged us $100 because my child started her period and it got on the sheets. I just don’t understand how you treat someone like that. I’m fighting this and I definitely will NEVER ever recommend this hotel to anyone! They were against us colored people and you can definitely tell or they don’t like children. The pool was full of some type of substance to the point you could not see through the water. It burnt my kids skin. We left 10 minutes. Breakfast was okay but too many people and not enough food or sanitation. It smelled like dirty diapers or like someone took a poop in the entrance way. It smelled SO bad. WiFi sucked. The whole experience was horrible. I hated it!"

"The front desk staff were very friendly during check-in and remained helpful and courteous whenever I returned with questions. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my stay. The complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the shower were all empty. There were also no disposable drinking cups in the room, which is a standard amenity at most hotels. The elevator was extremely noisy and could be heard throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The hot tub was only lukewarm, and the pool was uncomfortably cold. We also paid $17 per person for the breakfast buffet, which was very disappointing. The food quality was poor, items were not replenished in a timely manner, and the selection was no better than what is typically offered as a complimentary hotel breakfast. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again."
