"Excellent stay. Comfy beds, super clean, well maintained like new, better than average breakfast. Only concern--2 bed queen room so small had hardly any room for two medium suitcases. Quite tight. Otherwise great."

"Love this hotel, it has so much potential. Need better towels, in-room shampoo/conditioner etc, better office chairs, and a couple of the staff need some customer service training. With all that being said it is a new building in a great location for the KY horse park that allows dogs. I would stay here again and bring my own towels, silverware, and shampoo etc. But this hotel is so close to being great I hope they pull it together. "

"Very disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival we we were informed that only 2 luggage racks existed for entire hotel. Upon entering our room we found no ports or outlets for phone charging conveniently located beside beds as is typical. We were told by front desk clerk to consider using outlet for coffee pot or fridge. only one roll of toilet tissue was provided in restroom and due to the fact that only one staff person was on duty, we had to make trips downstairs to get TP, fresh towels, etc. The Quality Inn that we booked had merged with a MainStay and we were located at that end of the building which seemed old and outdated (as evident in the lack of electical outlets and ports. When we called the front desk in the evening to express our concerns, she abruptly replied "You are welcome to check out." The hotel needs to be adequately staffed."

"The parking lot, walkways and halls were littered. Multiple smokers all around including eight outside the rooms and our room smelled of smoke. We also smelled marijauana from the parking lot. The room was dirty. The floor was sticky and dirty. Stepping from the floor onto a white towel it showed black. The shower was hot but low pressure. The sink drained very slowly. When I go to an inexpensive motel I am not expecting amenities and don’t mind if things are old or rundown. I just want a clean bed, good shower and clean room. The man in front was nice. But the facilities were not clean."

"Room was OK but under La Quinta's standards. The hallway wasn't vacuumed for a while, entrance was so dirty especially from the door K, didn't clean for long long time. I don't know how to say it, but staff at the front desk was interesting. When I checked in, she was constantly chewing and cracking something in her mouth, next morning there was somebody else seems like she had green pus oozing from her nose, I was about to say something to her face but I grossed out and walked away."

"Noisy room over the air conditioning units- in room air conditioning noisy as well. View was of filthy roof . Not one piece of art or anything decorative in the room.. shower was okay but step in tub to shower which is so dated. Staff was nice, especially James . Bar service okay. Just dated property, nothing resort about it."
