"Check in was not easy. We never received the codes and no one was on site. We contacted them by email in the morning and still had not gotten a response by 4pm when we arrived to check in. We had to pay for internet and an international call to be able to get access to check in so that was a hefty addition charge due to their poor organization. We paid for two cabanas. They were nice and clean but definitely hot, even with the fans. One cabana did not have hot water the first day. The rest was...
