The hotel looked nice but the inside room was out dated. The staffs wasn’t smiling, making us feel like we’re not welcomed there. We stayed there two nights and three days and the staffs were not customer service oriented.

Absolutely amazing resprt and I would love to go back again. The only drawback is that it's too far from Da Nang in a Hue and the area seemed bit too remote. The cab service might take some time but the resort has their own travel agencies to arrange the cab but little bit more expensive than the regular options.

We really enjoyed our stay here; staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was large. Rooms very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again
