This hotel set the bar very high! The room was great, beautiful and the view from our window. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was very good, the drinks as well. We ate at the restaurant the first night, and it was also very good. Staff were very helpful from booking our travel to Ninh Binh to sending someone with us to show us where to buy a charger. Well located with an ATM across and circle K for water and snacks. I recommend this hotel and would come back again.

Friendly staff and good location.
This was ok if you paid for and were expecting budget accommodation but reviews and pictures seemed to suggest it was more than this.
For the same price we stayed somewhere else in Hanoi which was amazing.
Breakfast was in a basement at another hotel down the road.
