Check in and check out was awful and took way too long with inadequate staffing. The “easy” scanning didn’t work so we were not happy at all, otherwise all was fine

There was no airport shuttle and that was one reason why I picked the hotel. So, I had to pay for a taxi ride to and from the airport which wasn't cheap. And the restaurant selection could be better. We ended up eating slices of pizza at the Forte.
