Many good thing as about this hotel. The staff are the best from anywhere we have stayed in southeast asia. Specially Flower and Jasmine. There were plenty of sitting areas. The pool looked good but it waa too cold to use. We arrived late and the kitchen waa closed but the cook offered to make pizza for us. The grab was very cheap to old town. Pros: very friendly lady at the breakfast, amazing pho I still remember! Friendly stuff as well. They do laundry as well. Close to a huge shopping mall Lotte. Cons: tiny room with an outdated bathroom. Located between the airport and old city. All in all: nice place to stay but you should know by booking at what area it is located (the area itself is totally fine, it’s just you either will need bus or taxi to go to the old city).

I stayed here for both business and leisure. The apartment has all the amenities you need, including a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. Plus, it’s located near beautiful cafes and West Lake.
