Travelling alone so it was very convenient location in old quarter .. many restaurants shops and cafes around .. 10 min walk to train street .property is old but nice and clean.sink was clogged a bit but travelling alone so didn’t really care .. value for money .. they booked my trip to ninh binh which was excellent too

The location is superb - right in the middle of the old quarter with all its charm. Walk to everything. Rooftop bar and pool was superb offering amazing skyline views. The spa waa excellent with high quality massage. The breakfast was also very good. The best part was the staff - so caring and attentive. It mase our stay very special.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel - the welcome from the team was personal and lovely, especially as I was travelling solo. I stayed in an Old Quarter Suite and it was perfect. Being in the heart of the Old Quarter the rooms are bijoux but still lovely and my room was at the back so overlooked other buildings but this made it quiet at night.
The pool area is tiny but fine for a quick cool off on a hot day. Breakfast is great. The massage at the spa one of the best I’ve ever had.
All in all great value, good location and lovely team.
