(15.00) BY Far the biggest issue though was the directions on Expedia took us to a location 22 kms from the actual hotel. Fortunately a group of locals managed to find the core address in the internet!! We were not happy! "

Very hard mattress set in top of permanent concrete platform. Leaking a/c that was a fixed with a piece of wood that pointed directly onto mattress. The scenery and setting were both magnificent, and every member of the staff we met went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. "Unfortunately, it wasn't as pleasant as I would have wanted it to be, the A/C in my room stopped working properly at midnight. A few ants were on my bed and bit me while I was asleep. I respectfully informed the front desk of the issues and if the manager could give me a call asap. It's been over 48 hours and have not heard from management. I'm all about giving a business a second chance and will stay at the same room if the deficiencies are fixed. "
