There is a restaurant right across the street and a fee convenience stores nearby. Nice area to visit with a beach. If you are a cyclist this is a food stop before or after Ranong. "The photos are deceiving, it is a truck stop. It was going to be okay but after getting food from the 7/11 there was a swarm of ants carrying a larger bug towards the patio door. Definitely felt it confirmed the state of the hostel. The price reflected the quality so can't complain too much, just wish the photos illustrated the rooms/building more authentically. "This was an absolutely great find. After traveling through Thailand for about three weeks and experiencing all kinds of different hotels, this was like stumbling into an oasis. The property was clean, the room was large and modern, and it had a balcony with an great view to boot. The woman at the front desk went above and beyond. She helped us set up a private boat tour of the lake, as well as arranging taxis for us throughout our stay. Would 100% stay here again."
