Staff at restaurant helpful in altering menu items to accommodate our dietary needs, quickly correcting a mistake in one of our orders. Parking a bit challenging being in a medieval city, those with mobility issues may want to reconsider staying here."

"Whenever we go to a hotel I try to get a feel from the reviews. This hotel had very good reviews and to be honest I was slightly sceptical. However from the moment we arrived to the time we left it was nothing but a pleasant experience. I would really recommend it and a hotel we shall be returning to."

"The cleaners had left the door open during a rain storm so the living room had a huge puddle and the curtains had soaked up the water and it smelled awful. Also we had asked for a baby cot in advance and reconfirmed the day before but there was no cot meaning there was nowhere for our child to sleep - would not stay here again "
