This place was clean and the staff was very kind. But the best part was how close it was to almost everything, all within walking distance.

The place is clean and in a very good location. The bathroom lacks privacy, the window that divided from the dinning commons area has an open window so you can hear everything that is going on … :-/ There are no full time staff in situ, and the keyless pad to enter the premise is “capricious.” Very good area, safe, very close tho Chapultepec metro and Park. The TV did not work for us… They change the towels every fifth day… :(

We really enjoyed the location of this property—it’s in a great area with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooms themselves are exceptional, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Check-in was seamless and fully contactless, which made arrival easy and stress-free. That said, we did have a couple of issues during our stay. The room we stayed in didn’t have curtains, only roll-down screens. Unfortunately, these didn’t block out much light, so the room was quite bright as early as 6am. By 9am, despite having both AC units running, the room was already uncomfortably warm—around 90°F—which made it difficult to relax or sleep in. Overall, this is a great property with a lot of potential, but better window coverings and improved temperature control would make a big difference in guest comfort.
