"Our stay was overall a good experience. Location was perfect for walking to the Dickies Arena. We felt safe walking as there were other hotel guest attending the concert. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. There was a bit of damage on the ceiling of the shower. But overall a good place to stay. "

"This is a beautiful facility.
3 stars for cleanliness for dirt or grit on the floors. A wet mop would have done wonders for the floor and the raiting.
4 stars for the staff check in was clunky for a prepaid room I should have been handed a key and been on my way but, there were way too many questions and request for a card on file that took too much time. If I want something extra, I'll buy it. Don't pester me at checkin."
