"Pictures online are very deceptive. Pulled into the driveway with trash and what looked like abandoned construction projects laying under leaves and trash. Patio furniture and cushions were very dirty, thrown about and not at all what is pictured online. Interior had unfinished projects everywhere and some VERY unsafe spots (I almost fell down the stairs from laundry room where there should have been a wall or gate, there is a step down in kitchen that we had two people fall down. Communication was awful- check in was listed as 3 in one place and 4pm in another. We didn’t get door code until 4:30 with guests sitting in parking lot. Lake area was dirty, unkept. Carpet stains everywhere, toilet upstairs had a damp string to flush it. I think they are building a new house behind and just plan to bulldoze this one from the way it is taken care of. Very disappointed."

"This property was perfect for our family birthday celebration. Plenty of room for everyone to find a place to comfortably sleep, eat, play and relax. We had kids ranging in age from preschool to college and all found amenities to meet their age/interests. There was enough space to have quiet time but not so big as to loose anyone. We appreciated that both indoors and outdoors had amusements available, if the weather should not be good. For us, Spring Break weather was pretty good so we enjoyed everything (except the fire pit. Highlands the last day meant a "burn ban" on. But we could pivot to roasting marshmallows on the propane grill instead so still fun.) The property manager was very communicative during our stay which was a big help. The celebration was very much enjoyed by all, especially the birthday girl!"

"We reserved this ranch for our rehearsal dinner, wedding, and reception. The host let us have an early check in and a late check out. The event room is awesome. We popped the doors on the event room to the game room for the reception, and then it opened up to a huge game room. We should have had more people stay here, as there is tons of room, and almost 20 beds.We plan on staying here every year for our anniversary."

"We encountered that there wasn’t much organization all around and the property really needs some TLC. One another don’t, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we needed to cook a few meals and there were some seasonings available.The couches were stained, and the beds are really hard."
