"The house was very clean and nice. The property is very loud because there is little there to absorb the noise. The only reason I say this property is not kid friendly is there is an apartment below and kids being kids at all is very noisy for the tenets below. Just the normal running around of our 2 yr. Old and 4 yr. Old im sure sounds like elephants below based on what it sounds like to those in the unit. Which did cause our family to recieve a complaint. I can understand however with the...

"We used the cabin while visiting nearby Montauk State Park. It was very easy to access the park, and we loved that the cabin was quiet and private. We had a bonfire, admired the stars at night, and sat on the porch. The kitchen is small but had all the things we needed to cook or warm up meals. We did not use the tv/dvd player, but there were several dvds available as were two board games. The bathroom and cabin were clean and orderly. "

"Whew! I don’t know where to start lol. It was absolutely wonderful.. felt like I was at home. If we needed anything they provided it. The whole process felt like I was talking to family. "The pictures of this property really don’t do the house justice. The house is so nice, and honestly if it were in Oklahoma this is the type of house my wife and I would want to buy and live in. There was no TV which the kids didn’t love, but it was great for us and allowed for better family bonding on a trip that was hard for our family to begin with. If you look out over the hill in the back you can see deer feeding in the evenings too. "
