"The beach access, the staff, and the bed was excellent! However, the shower was a bit dirty we had to clean it & the light switch was almost broken. The breakfast was pretty good. For the price I’d say it was pretty decent. "

"The only good thing is you’ll get a great view. Everything else sucks. The parking lot is a nightmare to get into. You have to ask the maids to clean and give you towels. The walls and floors are paper thin so you’ll hear everything. They say no smoking but our room filled with smoke even after calling front desk. This was the wirst trip I’ve ever taken in 29 years of traveling. Way too over priced for this outdated place. And the guests are rude also. Stay away "

"This property has changed over the last couple of years that we have been staying there. The room is not as clean, the refrigerator is run down looks like teenagers have caused the damage. Breakfast has totally changed, now serving frozen eggs, no meat, no potatoes, could not even call it a continental breakfast. It by far was the worst ever and we will be thinking about this the next time we are staying in Galveston. This stay was just very disappointing not up to the standards that LaQuinta by Wyndham is famous for "
