Remodeled and fully furnished executive Texarkana home! Located 3 minutes from Christus St. Michael Hospital and only blocks from a variety of local restaurants, shopping, and a fitness center. Easy access to and from the interstate. This beautiful home is a must place to stay in Texarkana. This spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath is 2,093 sq ft and can comfortably sleep 10 when using the 2 sleeper sofas in the living rooms. This home is in one of the BEST locations in Texarkana. Enjoy cozying by the fireplace in the main living room while others play a friendly game of ping pong in the sunroom/media room. Stream any of your favorite shows on one of the multiple smart TVs located in the home using our free 1GB of WiFi. The well stocked kitchen has an area for dining, granite countertops, and plenty of storage. All bedroom closets have a 4 drawer dresser in case you want to unpack and stay a while. Family wedding

This property met our needs while travelling out of country to a family wedding. The location was excellent! We had family ranging from 7-77 and there was space for all 8 of us with sleeping room to spare! We would definitely book this location again when visiting TXK.

Comfortable and roomy.

Loved the house, however I did leave a few small recommendations: Supply sugar, creamer and seasonings. Check hot water heater Tighten bathroom faucets Add table games to you sunroom A recliner would be great. King matrice needs changing. It dips on bath sides. Other than this, we were very comfortable.

Nice location

The location and house itself were indeed very nice. The cleanliness and amenities not so much. The fireplace had not been checked so was not usable and the grill had no gas to go with it. There was only one roll of extra toilet paper for 2 bathrooms (rented for 6 adults and 4 children!) and the only paper towels there were gone the first night. (well-stocked?) While there were enough bathroom towels there was not one kitchen wash cloth to be had. It was also obvious that the windows had not been washed for a very long time (if ever) and if the floors had been vacuumed and mopped it had also been some time ago. Again, the house really was nice and the location good and we did get to enjoy time with our long-distance family while there.

We were pleased to find this property that is located close to everything and helped us enjoy a fantastic weekend with our family. There was plenty of room for the elementary age children to have some space of their own in the extra living room with the ping pong table, and watch movies or play together. Kimberly was very responsive and polite and went well above and beyond our expectations with her friendliness. We would definitely stay there again and appreciate everything she did to make us feel welcome. It was a wonderful stay for us.

The best stay!
