"Das erhaltene Zimmer entsprach nicht der gebuchten Kategorie. Gebucht wurde ein Zimmer mit großem Wasserbett, zugeteilt wurde ein kleineres Zimmer mit 2 normalen Einzelbetten. Ich hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass meine Einwände jemanden sonderlich interessiert hätten. Das einzige Zugeständnis bestand darin, dass mir die Betten zusammengeschoben wurden. Der Preisunterschied wurde mir natürlich nicht erstattet. Die Möbel sind schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, eine Tür hatte in der Duschkabine...

"Room was fine,for the 2 nights I stayed only bottle of water,no tea or coffee in room,no local amenities available to use. Definitely have to be a driver to stay at Aparthotel,otherwise taxi to airport train station, or taxi to Leipzig centre very expensive. Overall not impressed at all,room ok,staff invisible,only fit for a night's sleep."

"Gute Lage des Hotels, freundliches Personal und leckeres Frühstück. Manche zimmer sind im zweiten Stock und die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage. Auch im Bad ist kein Lüfter. Im Sommer könnte es somit etwas wärmer werden im Zimmer"
