Beautiful and comfortable villa in Moraira, Costa Blanca, Spain with private pool for 4 persons. The house is situated in a coastal and residential area and at 1 km from Playa del portet beach. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The accommodation offers a lot of privacy, a wonderful lawned garden with and a wonderful pool. Its comfort and the vicinity of the beach, places to shop, sports activities, places to go out, sights and culture make this an ideal villa to spend your holidays in Spain with family or friends.

Great villa and great location, 10-15 mins walk to shops and restaurants, but some real steep roads to use, so not ideal unless fit walkers. The property does require some work, we had AC issues and a wardrobe door fell off, property agent dealt with this. Overall a nice villa.
