Boasting a beautiful view of the sea, the villa "Luxury Xenofilia Vll" is located in Moraira. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, heating, 3 TVs with DVD players, a washing machine as well as a dryer. Pros: Wir hatten mit zwei Familien einen guten Aufenthalt in der Villa mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und guter Ausstattung. Der Pool ist perfekt für jedes Alter. Leider kam der Poolboy immer, wenn wir gerade in den Pool wollten und mussten dann wegen der Chemikalien 1 Stunde aus dem Wasser bleiben. Das hätte besser kommuniziert und geregelt werden sollen. Ausstattung war alles vorhanden aber vieles schon verlebt ( Defekte Liegen, Flecken an den Betten.. Auch etwas kaltes Wasser für die Anreise oder Toilettenpapier und Seife war nicht überall vorhanden. Trotzdem schöne Tage verbracht!

Pros: Stayed at Villa Xenofilia V11 in Moraira at the end of May. A family party of 9 Adults and 4 young children. Villa is in a quiet residential area about 30minute walk in to Moraira which is a lovely town. Villa worked well for us. Outdoor kitchen and living space was perfect to entertain in the evening when children in bed. Children loved the heated pool and outdoor slide. We opted for the pool to be pre-heated and kept on with us having young children and only May. I would recommend a car as local supermarket was a fair walk and so was the recycling area! and would save the uphill walk back from town. There was an issue with hot water in some bathrooms but Peter did respond quickly and had it resolved by a plumber the next day. The only recommendation I would have to villa owners is to include some decent large bread knives as we struggled every morning to cut crusty bread!! Thanks for a great stay.

Pros: Al vele jaren komt Stichting De Klaprozen jaarlijks met haar gasten naar villa Xenofilia VII in Moraira. In de villa zijn voldoende slaapkamers, douches, toiletten en badkamers om met een groep mensen 'met een jaartje meer' een fijne 'Verwen' vakantie te beleven. De villa bevalt ons prima en voelt iedere keer weer als thuiskomen! Onze gasten vinden rond de villa veel plekjes om in de zon of in de schaduw te genieten van het buiten zijn! Onze gasten zijn veelal 80-plussers en niet allemaal meer zo goed ter been, edoch in de Spaanse zon, in en rond de villa en natuurlijk tijdens onze tripjes in de omgeving is dat zeker geen belemmering. De villa is praktisch en smaakvol ingericht. Voorzieningen en inrichting van o.a. de keuken is meer dan compleet. En mocht er iets missen dan zorgt de woningmanager voor een oplossing. Voor onze gasten van Stichting De Klaprozen is de villa zeer geschikt en ook voor onze familievakantie kiezen wij voor Xenofilia VII. Xenofilia VII warm aanbevolen! In april zijn wij (ik, mijn vriendin, schoonzus en zwager met 3-jarige peuter) 10 dagen in deze prac

Pros: In april zijn wij (ik, mijn vriendin, schoonzus en zwager met 3-jarige peuter) 10 dagen in deze prachtige villa in Moraira geweest. Grote villa met idem achtertuin, zwembad en zelfs een pierenbadje voor de kleinste. Links van de tuin is een open buitenkeuken die wij veel hebben kunnen gebruiken. Erg gezellig om daar aan het eind van de middag met z'n allen te zitten, een borreltje te drinken en te koken. Wat een heerlijke plek! Het huis is praktisch ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien, door het mooie weer hebben wij vooral buiten vertoefd. Prima bedden en sanitaire voorzieningen. Wij hadden een auto gehuurd op de luchthaven van Alicante. Vanaf het huis is het een paar minuten rijden naar het dorpje Moraira en het strand, lopen is net te ver. In Moraira kan je heerlijk eten aan de ruim opgezette boulevard. Wij hebben er ook voor gekozen om vaak de auto te pakken naar dichtbij gelegen dorpjes als Altea en Calpe. Dat zijn grotere badplaatsen waar iets meer reuring is, leuk voor de afwisseling. Wij hebben tien dagen kunnen genieten van de Costa Blanca, hebben in april prachtig weer gehad (ruim twintig graden!). Verhuurder Ron Holthaus was vriendelijk en hielp ons met al onze vragen.
