CHARMING AND PEACEFUL VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA). For up to 6 guests.



LAYOUT: This charming Mediterranean style villa has a large outdoor area with many possibilities to relax and enjoy your stay. This beautiful villa has been renovated and decorated with care, it is very functional and pleasant. It is distributed on one floor, the ground floor. The main room consists of a dining room with a comfortable sofa, fireplace, table and chairs. The wood and the rustic details give it warmth. The renovated kitchen, open to the living room, is very practical and equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare meals. In the extension there are two bedrooms with double beds, both with an en-suite bathroom with shower. A guest toilet is located to the right of the kitchen. Outside, a third bedroom, located in a charming cottage, offers privacy and fantasy. It is located close to the swimming pool.



EXTERIOR: A large entrance will welcome us to the villa LLUM. With a large garden made up of plants from the region. A large space to park. Near the swimming pool are lounge chairs for a moment of relaxation and a chill out to share a refreshment just after a dive. Below the porch, sheltered from the sun, is a table with chairs to share meals. The villa offers different possibilities and possible combinations to enjoy the outdoors, playful moments, gastronomy and relaxation.



LOCATION: Its location is ideal, located in a quiet street near the beach of Portet de Moraira, a quiet place that inspires serenity. The villa is also within walking distance of restaurants, amenities and services in the pretty village of Moraira.
