LUXURY VILLA TO RENT IN BENISSA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL up to 6 people.
LAYOUT: The villa is on two floors, on lower floor we find the garage for our vehicles and on the top floor, pool level, we have three bedrooms (two with double bed and one with twin beds). We have two bathrooms, one en suite with hot bathtub and one with shower plus a toilet. The living room is very spacious and with a lot of light. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a room where you find the washing machine and the dryer. This villa is decorated in a modern style .
EXTERIOR: It has a plot of 800m2, with a kept garden with palm trees, other trees and plants. The outdoor terrace has garden furniture, sunbeds and a shady area where is the barbecue. The pool is located on the outdoor terrace at the same level as the house.
LOCATION : Located in a quiet area of high standing in Benissa. 15 minutes driving from the Mediterranean Sea and all services.
