Beautiful holiday villa with private pool in Moraira (Costa Blanca) for 6 people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all distributed on a single floor.
INTERIOR: This charming villa consists of a tastefully furnished living-dining room, equipped with Sat/DTT TV and air conditioning, with access to the pool area. This area is connected to an open kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hob and dishwasher, and also featuring a laundry room. The villa has two bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning, one of them with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub, and a third bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning. Additionally, there is an independent bathroom with a shower.
EXTERIOR: The villa offers a pleasant area around the 8x4 metre pool (with a minimum depth of 0.9 metres and a maximum depth of 1.80 metres), provided with Roman stairs. It has a brick barbecue and a spacious covered terrace, as well as parking space for up to 3 vehicles on the same plot.
LOCATION: The villa is strategically located in a privileged area, surrounded by pine trees and notably quiet. Just 650 metres from the nearest restaurant, less than 2 km from the beach and 2.5 km from the centre of Moraira with all its services.
