  • Villa Alegre is a bright and welcoming holiday villa in Moraira, ideally located just a short walk from the beach and a short drive from the centre of Moraira. South-facing and full of natural light, it’s a great choice for a relaxed Costa Blanca holiday.



    The villa offers air conditioning throughout, making it comfortable even during the warmer summer months. Inside, the layout is practical and easy, with three bedrooms: one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, ideal for families or groups of friends.



    There are two bathrooms, including one ensuite with a shower and a separate family bathroom with a bathtub.

The villa was perfect

The villa was perfect for 3 adults and 2 older children, beautifully decorated and modern with lots of space both in doors and out. Kitchen was extremely well equipped. The pool, although was not heated, was warm especially in the afternoons. Large gas bbq which we cooked on whenever we ate in. French boules, snorkels and balls all available. The hosts were fantastic at recommending restaurants and easy to contact. Walking distance to lots of lovely restaurants, beach bars and local beaches. I don’t think I can fault the villa at all and we hope to return again.

Nice villa in a great location

Good updates to decor and furniture made the interior feel spacious and fresh. Sizeable rooms, great pool, patio, outside spaces. Feels secure and private. Location is great - 5-10 mins walk to restaurants/beaches and 15-20 into Moraira town or beach. A second ‘proper’ shower for a 3-bedroom property would be good. The mattress in the master is either old or poor quality. Cleaning was ok in the house (but couod use a deep clean in the kitchen tbh) but pool eg outdoor shower was poor.

Lovely villa with a beautiful pool.

Lovely villa with a beautiful pool. Air con was brilliant. Hosts were very responsive and went over and above to help out. Everything you needed was in the villa. We didn’t have a car so did a supermarket delivery twice, which i thought was good value and so easy to do. The restaurants closest to the villa are in the opposite direction to Moraira, wish we’d found that out sooner! Would recommend the villa and hosts again.
