2 BEDROOM GARDEN APARTMENT IN THE BEAUTIFUL FISHING TOWN OF MORAIRA

Recently renovated in a contemporary style, this apartment has a light airy living space with patio doors opening directly out under a shady pergola leading to a private sun-drenched barbecue terrace.
Inside consists of an open plan living area with TV and a modern fitted kitchen. A shower room and separate WC.Two double bedrooms with Aircon (as of Spring 2018)
The Kitchen is modern and has a gas oven, fridge freezer and microwave. There is an outside washing machine room. The lounge has a sofa and English satellite TV.
The apartment has it's own private access from its exclusive off-road parking area (Added Spring 2016). You will also have shared use of the owners' pool, although Tony and Cathy endeavour to tailor their use of the pool around yours.
Casa Amarilla underbuild gives you villa living at apartment prices. Most guests comment as to how private and secluded the apartment is. We also do not insist on a Saturday to Saturday booking. This flexibility could easily save a family of four well over £500 in cheaper non-peak flights in the summer.

Casa Amarilla is a villa located in the tranquil vineyards of the romantic fishing village of Moraira; said by many holiday companies to be the jewel of the Costa Blanca, where the rich and famous stay to escape the hustle and bustle of Puerto Banuz.. Although Moraira is surrounded by steep hills, Casa Amarilla is on the valley floor making the walk into and, more importantly, back from Moraira a leisurely affair along a recently created illuminated footpath adjacent to the vineyards. This makes it an ideal holiday home for young families with pushchairs and buggies, and families with older teenagers who might want to stay out later, but can still walk home in relative safety.
The Tabaira centre is less than ten minutes walk from Casa Amarilla and has bars, restaurants and a supermarket. In the opposite direction and, again, within five minutes, is Sol Park tennis club and crazy golf, The Brevis Bar, and a cluster of shops including chemist and delicatessen/baker.

Fabulous property and hosts
A perfect property for a family of four, spotlessly clean and with all the facilities you need to stay in wonderful Moraira. You share the pool with your hosts Tony and Cathy, but don’t let that put you off. You take priority and on our two week stay, we didn’t clash once in our use of it. Tony and Cathy are wonderful hosts and provided some great recommendations for eating out. With the ability to not have to do a Saturday change over, the property offers excellent value for money, making flight options much cheaper. Centrally located just of the valley leading down untie Moraira, it makes a great base to explore and a visit to Pan Pan to delight in their cakes is well worth a trip. Thanks Tony and Cathy, we loved our stay.

Superb accommodation, fantastic location and great hosts!
We had a family holiday here at the beginning of September, and enjoyed 7 days of sheer bliss! The accommodation was clean, modern and airy with all the amenities a family of 4 could want including dishwasher, washing machine and Sky TV (with English channels which the kids loved). The bedrooms were airconditioned and very spacious, the kitchen was well equipped and the outside space relaxing and private. On our arrival (well after 10.00pm) we were met by Tony and Cathy who took the time to help us settle in and explained where everything was - including the welcome pack of tea, coffee & water, which was most appreciated after a long day traveling with two small kids. The pool was great with lovely views of the surrounding hills and the kids would have happily stayed in it 12hrs a day if we'd have let them. A 10 min walk to the local supermarket provided all the basics we needed for food and drink, and when we wanted to go into Moraira we choose to use the local Taxis which were around 7 Euros rather than hire a car. Moraira town is a beautiful and relaxed environment with some lovely shops, bars, and restaurants - just enough to make it vibrant but not too noisy or busy. We spent a day at Aqua Natura water park in Benidorm which we booked through one of the two travel agents in Moraira. A family ticket for 2 adults and 2 kids including air-conditioned coach travel was around £160 - not cheap but totally worthwhile as the kids loved it and we all had an experience to remember. We would highly recommend Casa Lili for incredible Asian Food and the best Ice Cream bar in town is Tutto Frutto - try their Iced Coffee if you fancy a real grown-up sweet treat! Tony and Cathy were gracious and welcoming hosts, happy to chat and help with anything we needed including recommendations on places to visit and even giving us a lift into town when my mobile phone died and I couldn't call a Taxi. All in all, we had a perfect family vacation and would definitely return again. 10 / 10

Moraira property
The property had everything we could have wished for, it was clean, modern, had a well-equipped kitchen and a good shower room. The outside patio area was spacious and very private for sunbathing, barbeques etc. It is located in a quiet residential area of Moraira with a few bars and restaurants only 10 minutes walk away, which we enjoyed. A vehicle is needed to enjoy the nightlife of Moraira though as the property is located a good walk away from the centre. The owners were very friendly and if we visit the area again we will get in touch to stay at their property.

Just perfect.......
My wife Jo, our puppy Charlie & myself stayed for 3 weeks in May/June 2017. The apartment is well appointed with 2 double bedtooms, an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, a shower room & 2 loos. Flat screen TV with English channels, DVD's & a library of books. Outside dining area, terraces & gazebo with unrestricted access to a beautiful pool. The apartment is the underbuild of a large villa & enjoys perfect privacy. The owners, Tony & Cathy, occupy the upper part of the villa. They are lovely people, always ready to help with local info. The village, Moraira, is an easy stroll away & has beautiful beaches, bars & restaurants. We loved our stay & can't wait to return.

Great place to stay and would definitely return.
As said this is a great place to stay. The apartment is comfortable and very well equipped with all utensils and equipment that you could need including dishwasher and washing machine. The pool, outside BBQ and covered seating areas are all excellent. Its only the lack of a/c that prevented me from giving 5* which the apartment would definitely benefit from in the hotest weeks. But we wouldn't let this stop us returning as this place is well worth the money. In fact with the addition of a/c we would have been happy to have paid a little more. Nice people (Tony, Cathy and Philip) nice area and great apartment and facilities !! Best regards Nigel.
