"Die Ferienwohnung von Petra war super sauber, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Zwar ist sie etwas verwinkelt, aber es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage und ist dennoch gut an Öffis angebunden.Die Kommunikation mit Petra war ausgesprochen freundlich und angenehm, und auch der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. "The only problem of this hotel is lack of blackout drapes. If you are a light sleeper, you will wake up with the sunrise. There is a lot of light in the rooms. Furthermore the hotel is pet-friendly so dogs can wake you up anytime. It is a pity because the beds are really king-size and very comfortable. Breakfast is till 10.30 only so we didn't try. Location of the hotel is perfect and parking is close."

"Wir hatten nach einer ruhigen Unterkunft in der Natur gesucht, und haben es in dieser schönen Finnhütte gefunden. Viel Platz, eine liebevolle Einrichtung, ein gepflegter Außenbereich und natürlich die schöne Umgebung direkt vor der Tür haben die Tage hier zu eine gelungenen Reise werden lassen. "Wir bedanken uns bei der Familie Arnstadt, dass wir ihr Ferienhaus mit 2 Hunden nutzen durfte. Es hat alles gepasst und die Gegend war genau richtig für uns. Wir konnten sehr gut auf der Terrasse sitzen, obwohl es auch mal geregnet hat. Zum ein und ausladen unserer Sachen konnte man vor der Terrasse gut kurzweilig mit dem Auto stehen bleiben, danach fuhr ich das Auto auf den vorgegebenen Parkplatz. Der See fußläufig in 8 Minuten war sehr gut zu erreichen und ein wunderschöner Weg einmal drum herum, war genau der richtige Spaziergang. Bänke stehen dort für kleine Pausen und es gibt eine Insel im See, die über eine Holzbrücke erreichbar ist. Für kurze Spaziergänge mit den Hunde war gegenüber vom Parkplatz ein Zugang Richtung Feld und Waldwanderwege. Fantastische Foto Motive ergaben sich zu jeder Tageszeit und nicht nur dort, sondern im näheren Umgebung ( ca 10 Minuten mit dem Auto) konnte man noch vieles mehr Erforschen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend mit dem Auto kurz erreichbar und nicht zu vergessen, die Therme in Bad Steben, in 8km erreichbar mit ausreichenden Parkplatzangeboten, kostenlos. Alles in allem waren die 10 Tage Urlaub für uns und den Hunden ein Genuss."

"Excellent location but the communication from the hotel wasn’t good. I messaged the hotel the morning of my arrival after not receiving a key code (the place is unmanned). I arrived at the property and still had not received any instruction to gain access. Then I had to make a very expensive phone call to the people that run the property and was told “oh you should never book with Expedia as we can’t contact you there.” Not very helpful. However, after paying a fortune to speak to someone the lady cleaning the rooms came and let me in. Apart from the bad start, all else was good. The location is amazing and the room spacious and very comfortable and clean."

"Clean spacious room, driving up the mountain to get there at night (was also really foggy) was a little precarious. We arrived late evening so the restaurant was no longer open and there is no place close by to get snacks or anything. Had drinks in the bar area which were really good but having a pizza oven or something to heat up or make some appetizers would have really made it better. Staff were very friendly"
