"We loved sitting on the screened porch and how close it was getting into Franklin. I was a bit disappointed with the pillows and we didn't use the AC in the bedroom because it had mold in the vents. I am certain that you would fix these issues if you knew about them so that is why I am letting you know"

"Everything was just as described if not better. We were there to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday with a group of nine adults and three teenagers plus another two adults who joined us for one afternoon. It rained everyday we were there, but the game room and movie theatre provided enough entertainment when confined indoors to keep us busy. We never felt crowded or claustrophobic. The kitchen and dining spaces were perfect for a large group, and there were more kitchen appliances than I have at home. The hot tub was a nice retreat from the rain and perfect for soaking sore muscles after hiking. The outdoor living spaces were perfect for both large group visits as well as more intimate conversations. My favorite part was sitting in the rockers on the deck and simply listening to the stream/river flow by and watch nature at its best. We will definitely recommend the Songbird Retreat to friends and family."
