In a very idyllic, quiet location in the middle of the fantastic mountain scenery of South Tyrol, the St. Sebastian holiday home is located on the 1st floor of a house consisting of 2 holiday homes and the owner's home on the ground floor. The very modern and cosy apartment is built in the style of a loft and has a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. From here a staircase leads to an open bedroom with another double bed. The apartment can accommodate 4 people and combines modern comfort with cosy wooden elements from the region. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a cot and a highchair. In the communal outdoor area, several terraces invite you to spend relaxing afternoons under the warm South Tyrolean sun. In summer you can prepare delicious meals on the grill and enjoy them with a glass of wine overlooking the mountains. In winter you can reach the ski area Meran 2000 within 36 minutes by car and in summer the golf course, which is 28 minutes away by car, is waiting or your visit. A restaurant is only 260 m away and a supermarket is 17 minutes away by car.

Schöne Wohnung mit grandiosem Ausblick

Pros: Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Modernes Bad mit großer Dusche. Große Betten mit guten Matratzen. Gut isolierte Fenster, so das wir es zu machen konnten, wenn der Hahn um 5 Uhr gekräht hat. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr entspannt, offen und für jeden Schwatz zu haben. Gibt gute Tipps für Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und was zu beachten ist. Toll waren das Gemüse und die frischen Kräuter die wir aus ihrem Garten jederzeit nutzen durften. Cons: Der Balkon war für 4 Personen zu klein, aber man hätte jederzeit (ein Treppe nach unten) draußen im Garten sitzen können. Der Hund hat sehr oft gebellt, das hat etwas gestört. Der Geschirrspüler (45cm) ist für 4 Personen auch zu klein.

Tolles Appartment in wunderschöner Natur Lage

Pros: Der Hof ist auf 1300m Höhe gelegen, ein wirklich schönes Fleckchen Erde. Bei toller Aussicht haben wir vor allem die Ruhe genossen. Neben vielen Tieren gibt es auch hofeigene Produkte wie Eier und vieles mehr. Unser Apartment war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Annelise ist sehr gastfreundlich und hat immer tolle Tips für Ausflüge parat.

Der Oberprünsthof hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen

Pros: Die Lage, die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit waren wunderbar. Wir sind zum Motorrad fahren angereist. Da die Unterkunft sehr zentral liegt, hatten wir von dort aus die Besten Möglichkeiten die wunderschönen Pässe und die Umgebung abzufahren. Natürlich ist die Lage auch perfekt für Wandertouren. Anneliese, die Vermieterin hat uns mit ihren Tipps bestens unterstützt. Ihre Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft waren einfach toll!! Die leckeren Produkte, die man vor Ort kaufen konnte, oder der Gemüsegarten, aus dem man sich gerne bedienen durfte, taten alles dazu bei, dass wir uns rundherum wohl gefühlt haben. Dankeschön nochmal an Anneliese und ihre Mama für einen tollen Urlaub .

Erholsame Tage in wunderbarer Umgebung

Wer Ruhe und Erholung etwas abseits vom Touristentrubel zwischen Meran und Bozen sucht, ist auf dem Oberprünst Hof genau richtig. Wunderschön gelegen, mit vielen Wanderwegen rundherum. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von unserer Gastgeberin Anneliese empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr modern und traditionell eingerichtet, die Renovierung des alten Bauernhauses ist wirklich gelungen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Bergidylle (unweit von Meran und Bozen) mit dem Charme Südtirols und einer herzensguten

Pros: Anneliese ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin und sie war unglaublich bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Es gab jeden Morgen Brötchenservice und auch ihre Empfehlungen (Tierpark bzw Streichelzoo, Restauranttip) waren sehr hilfreich. Der Ausblick in die Berge ist wirklich atemberaubend und die Unterkunft war tip top sauber. Cons: Alles super. 👍👍👍 (Das Wlan war manchmal etwas schwach, aber wer braucht das schon im Urlaub zum entspannen.)
