"Close to a venue"

"Nice house in a comfortable, safe area of town. We were only there for the evening for a place to sleep but the house was quiet and had everything we needed. Being able to park behind a private gate was a huge bonus! I was also thankful the host was able to accommodate for a late check out time for a small fee, which I was happy to pay! It helped with my husband’s work schedule to have the extra time. Also, for the location of the home, having a few choices of coffee shops and nice variety...

"The property was well-maintained, and the host was very nice and accommodating. We would stay there again."

"Everything was fine until we noticed the front toilet wouldn’t flush. We had to pour water in the back to make the toilet flush. The lights was going out as well the TVs, rooms lights, microwave etc. House was nice but he could’ve responded better and back was well really didn’t fix our problems. Also the bathrooms was not clean we had to clean them."

"We got threatened by about 20 black men just driving down the road to the house. Upon entering the house we were met with the strongest smell of bug spray i have ever experienced. We could not breathe and my lungs hurt still the next day. There were dead bugs littered throughout the house. The floor was so slippery from the bug spray it was hard to even walk.there was dried throwup under one of the beds. The headboards were pool noodles that were spray painted black.
