Updated house in great location
We stayed at the house over Memorial Day weekend for 4 nights. Pros: beautifully updated, clean, and modern with large couches for seating. Location very convenient to local Universities and grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Nice quiet residential street with no neighbors in the back (large grassy field beyond back yard). Cons: check-in using Mansion Life app was frustrating as my stay was booked in VRBO and did not appear in the Mansion Life app despite several chats. I also was not receiving timely communication back from host in the VRBO messaging, so I was pretty stressed about how I would get in late at night for our arrival. Also, the photos show patio furniture, which was not there. There were just two wrought iron chairs and an iron bench (no cusion on the bench), so it was not comfortable for our group to sit outside on the sunny memorial day weekend. Several doors squeaked, waking us up in the night when our family used restrooms. Overall, we were very glad to have stayed there, but be forewarned of the access requiring the Mansion Life app and poor communication between VRBO and Mansion Life.

This home was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, the bed was comfortable, great amenities in the kitchen and it was in a quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and updated with nice modern appliances. We were very comfortable and would stay again. Thank you!

We attended a wedding
This was a really nice house. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room. The fenced back yard was a plus for my son's small dog to run around. The house was very clean. We would not hesitate staying again if we are ever back in the area.

Short but fun stay at Terre Haute
The house was nice and clean and everything was as advertised in the Vrbo listing. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in backyard and our son enjoyed playing some Wii games! Wifi worked great and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and simple. Only minor complaint was that the keypad for locking/unlocking the door was not securely attached the wall (but it worked perfectly even when it detached from the wall). Overall the house was great and the location was very convenient (less than 10 min drive from everything but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood.

Easter with the family
Perfect, perfect, perfect. WE have never been to Terra Haute, but it was a good middle point between Toledo, Kansas City and Madison for us to meet our adult sons and their families. We have all stayed together in lots of VRBOs and this was our favorite. Well laid out, amazing backyard ( the 2 dogs were in heaven!), great kitchen with everything we needed for multiple meals including easter brunch. We had a fun easter egg hunt too. I can not say enough about this place, great neighborhood, friendly neighbors, and close to Deming Park, where we played frisbee golf, pickle ball, walked dogs and took Easter Family pictures. We also went to St. Patricks on Easter and found it very welcoming. THANK YOU for make this such a care free, relaxing and special time for me and my family

Thanksgiving get away
We loved the house! They did a fantastic job when they renovated it. The house was inviting and welcoming and not over cluttered with decor. The keyless entry was so easy to use! We loved our stay so much that we shared with family for when they come to town to visit. Everything we needed was there and when we needed to contact they were super friendly and quick to respond.

We all loved our stay at this property. Highlights are high-end finishes, modern kitchen where we could all cook together, and a comfortable place to relax and reconnect! The fenced back yard was a plus for one of us that needed to bring her dog.
