Didn't have my reservation. Room wasn't clean, probably wasn't cleaned for months. Toilet full of gray mold, hair in tub, scrunchy on tub, floor had soft spot, not upkept.

Room stunk pretty bad. In bathroom the paint was peeling off and the sink kept clogging. Only soap available no shampoo. I never saw wooden panelling in the shower before but it seemed to work ok.

Good value for the money. Only complaint I have is the T.V. controller wouldn't change channels, but that wasn't a huge issue as I watch almost no T.V. anyhow. Will stay there again if need be.

This was the only available hotel because of highway(Rt 70) workers took all others. The only good thing was that we could walk to our son's home. When I pulled down the spread (not real clean) there was a small black bug on it! We immediately went to get bed bug spray. One of the floor lights didn't work and one of the chair material was torn off and the legs were wobbly. Never would we set foot in such a place again!

The place is not exceptional.However, for the cost it was better than expected. The owner provided good service with check in and provided suggestions for eating. I will consider staying their again.

Beware

I knew this was not a high end place to stay. But that was ok because we were not going to be in the room except to sleep. But the room was dirty! Dust on the headboard. Bathroom floor by the tub had not been cleaned in a long time. A bug was on top of the frig that we had to kill. Hole in the one bedspread. Towels were thin and few. And I know one bed did not have clean sheets on it from the jump. Sheets were wrinkled and you could tell someone had slept there. When we returned the first night our beds hadn’t been made nor the pillow put under the bedding. This is a motel that could of been charming had the owner/manager paid attention to detail. A clean room is a must no matter where or how much I pay to stay there. Beware future guests

Close to campus but awful condition

Bob was nice, but the room was filthy. I brought sleeping bags, pillows and towels. It was the boy place we could stay to visit the university . There's no excuse for not having it clean. Mold in the washroom, someone else's hair was on their towels , mattress was in bad shape . It's beyond me how it's still open that the health department hasn't shut it down

We arrived late and had to wake up the manager. He was pretty grumpy about it, but he got us checked in. Doesnt look that bad from the outside, but once you open the room door your nose will be assaulted from the revolting smell. Spraying perfume and letting it air out did not help.

College Inn review

The staff were very nice and accomodating. The room was comfortable, parking was right in front of the room door, which was wonderful. We had a small refrigerator, a microwave oven, and a flat-screen television in the room, which made our stay very nice. I would come here again, and I would recommend it to my friends and family as well.

Fine for short stay. Single room is very small. Clean enough. Doors secure. No coffee maker. Bed OK but not great. Nice area.

Clean cute

Cute little motor hotel. Great deal and a real retro feel. Bed was firm and comfortable, but bring your own pillows.
