Casa João Vilar is located in the typical village of Campo do Geres, set in the Peneda Geres National Park.

This accommodation allows you to feel the experience of a traditional mountain village with two thounsand years of existence and a culture rich in history as evidenced by the Roman road ( Geira ) that crosses the village.

This former tillage house, now fully renovated, is equipped with all the comforts and amenities that will allow you to enjoy a relaxing and memorable vacation.

The house is composed of 2 bedrooms with double bed, a complete bathroom, a service bathroom, and a kitchen / living room fully equipped, including central heating and stove, housing comfortably 4 adults and 2 children.

The location of this lodging is ideal for those making treks and nature activities, as is is located in the heart PGNP, the Albergaria Forest, and near the Gates of the Peneda Gerês National Park.

A casa está localizada numa aldeia muito bonita junto à Mata da Albergaria e à Barragem de Vilarinho das Furnas dos sítios mais bonitos que já vi. Foi re-construída recentemente e tem todo o conforto. Para as noites mais frias tem lareira e aquecimento central! A casa está localizada num sitio tão silencioso que os meus filhos dormiram todos os dias até as 10:00 da manhã (algo inédito) :DD
