"Beautiful property in an amazing location. Lovely settings for aperitivo and breakfast. Our room was not in the main building which could have been mentioned on the booking sites. Breakfast was excellent. We had the evening meal and because it was a Friday - it was the fish menu. It was a little disappointing. "The host Federica, the location and accommodations were all amazing! I cannot say enough good things about this property and Federica. It is located a little of the beaten path which embraced the charm of Umbria. Our 2-story apartment was clean yet had old Italian furnishing, which we loved. The large property was surrounded by greenery and flowers, and the pool sparkled. Federica was the most gracious host I have encountered. She met us upon check-in and even provided freshly baked pastries. My husband, son and I were staying here for a couple of nights while awaiting check in at my daughter's wedding venue nearby. Frederica helped me find local shops that could make the wedding favors I needed. She literally called a few shops until we found what I was looking for. She spoke to the shops in Italian advised I was coming. She even mapped out direct routes to the shops since we were on a time crunch. She will be forever remembered in helping me make my daughter's wedding perfect. I know most guests won't need this help, but I had to explain the kindness and character of this host. Do not search any further you will not find a better place to stay in Umbria! Ten stars if possible!"

"We spent two incredible weeks in a beautiful villa in the mountains of Umbria. Everywhere you looked there was beauty! We invited family and friends to join us and share pool time and delicious meals outside under a pergola. The location was perfect, we visited Perugia, Spoleto, Deruta, Orivieto, Spello, Tori and Assisi. If you are looking for luxury and a great location to visit some of the loveliest cities and towns in Umbria check out this villa. The pool was heated and nestled in the Umbrian countryside. You absolutely need a car to visit local attractions and go food shopping. Thanks Martin, our host for a lovely time and all the solid recommendations!"
