"Hotel Cristallo is a gem of a hotel, and the perfect location from which to explore the Dolomites. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful, and makes you feel at home. The spa and dining programs are both extremely well-run and add to the benefits of staying here, Was truly sad to leave. Highly recommend "
"A beautiful traditional hotel with amazing views and great service and in a fantastic location. The only downside was the unexpected bill at the end of our stay, you are obliged to have have board however this does not cover the daily evening meal menu, we had to pay a rather large supplement which was a bit of a shock. "

"We loved Alberto Alla Rosa and Canazei! We stayed in the eastern and Western Dolomites, and Lake Garda…. This was the best of it all. Th e hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in Europe. We’ve traveled several times in Europe, and I think we’ll be back here. "
"Très belle place, difficile à trouver, il n’y a pas d’affiche
L’eau de la douche avait ne voulait pas s’évacuer dans la douche et l’évier.
Gros point, le bar joue de la musique jusqu’à minuit et nous l’entendions très bien. Ne pas prendre la chambre 105"
