"Checked in the first night and room given was not cleaned. Was left dirty from previous resident. Was offered a minor upgrade though "

"Bezpłatny parking, bardzo dobre i urozmaicone śniadanie. W pokoju brak klimatyzacji, od strony ulicy hałas mimo zamkniętego okna. Bezpłatna woda w pokoju, czajnik, kawa/herbata."

"Room was clean but so small for 2 adult + 2 child. Hotel did not put baby cot desoite requesting one.there were no amenitşes in the room for any of us , including the baby. We had to requested from reception."

"The room had bugs, so the occupant (our son) requested a different room. They did comply, but then accused him of damaging the TV. It was not true anyhow, and it then turned out that they accused him before even talking to any others (cleaning and maintenance personnel) who had access to the room. Overall, the facility was dirty and shabby - both rooms, elevator, etc. Overall impression was borderline disastrous, and anyhow the standard of a 4-star hotel was definitely not met. Beware the room damage scam/trap - we recommend taking a pic of your room to document the condition and avoid unfounded accusations!"

"Absolutely perfect location for karneval. Close to everything you need to have a good time. Great restaurants and bars nearby, transit is 30 seconds outside the hotel, can't ask for a better spot. And the rooms are HUGE for Europe. Our one issue was the room was extremely dusty and the pillows were basically non existent, but small price to pay for the location. "
