"Parking is VERY problematic. There is no on-site parking. Their ‘onsite’ parking is several blocks away in a public garage. You will need to roll your suitcase several city blocks and anytime you go out, be prepared to walk back and forth. Getting back from a function and walking through the city at 1am alone was not something I would have willingly signed up for. I will never stay at this hotel for this reason alone. I can see how this would be a huge issue for older people or people with mobility issues. One night of parking cost me $25 and the next was $38. Definitely false advertising or twisting it at the least. Only redeeming factor is the location is great. Lots of restaurants and shops but not enough for me to recommend this spot to anyone. "
"From the moment we arrived on the property we were greeted by staff that went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Answered all our questions and just made us feel welcome. The resort is absolutely beautiful. The beach the pools. Everything was fantastic but most of all we feel the staff is what sets them apart."
"Overall, a good experience, but we had one issue. Make sure not to book the Jimmy B suite if you have issues sleeping with background noise. We were closest to the beach bar, so we could hear the music most nights until 12 - 2 am, plus drunk people coming by the room.
The hotel was short-staffed in room cleaners when we booked, so our room wasn't cleaned during our stay, which is normal."

"The location was perfect centered with a Walmart and a Texas road house right within walking steps across the parking lot …. They had free shuttle buses all places within 5 miles to the beach ,John’s pass boardwalk lots of bars shopping and restaurants… Would definately go back to this one"
