Staff very rude and did not speak very much english until we got upset then it was perfect. On the website they talk about a hottub and sauna yet it was an extra charge. We stayed 1 night of a 4 night stay then we decided to leave knowing we would not get a refund. In our 16 days in Italy for the Olympics this was the only bad place we stayed."Reviewed February 21, 2026Return • Brisbane (BNE) - Milan (MXP)BNE - ZRH • 1 stop ZRH - BNE • 1 stopAU$2,228AU$2,182found 1 day agoper traveller - Hotel Tremoggia

Dinner was incredible, great flavours and well thought out presentation. Breakfast was also great with a huge selection, including the option to make your...
"Exceptional staff, all very helpful and welcoming felt like personal service by all. Nothing was too much trouble. Spa area was excellent, great pools. Great location for walks and relaxing "
"The room was clean. No Ac but in knew that as AC is not a norm in this area but my room looked out to a walking path and a green space where there are lots of bugs so i did not feel comfortable leaving my door open and had a hard time sleeping with lack of fresh air in the room. Over all would stay again in the cooler seasons"
