"Very friendly and helpful staff. The jacuzzi is in a wierd enclosure although it used to be uncovered. Also not very hot. Poolside refreshments ie. Bar/café would do very well poolside rather than next to lobby. Breakfast was pretty good although not all hot items were available right at 7:00 AM when it opened."

"Check-in was easy. Our cabin was clean and quite cozy. Everyone was friendly and the coffee cabana on the property had great coffee, options for breakfast, or an evening desert. From our porch or the hammocks we enjoyed the visits from the cats, ducks, and chickens. Thank you for a wonderfully relaxing stay."

"Beautiful property, delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms and towels. We shared a triple room. Cleaning was not provided but they came into our room and turned off our A/C during the day. It was very hot and I had a medication that needed to not go above 80 degrees."

"Just returned from 11 nights at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic time. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is great with tons of options, our room was clean and had an amazing view. Yes there is a bit of rust here and there on the balcony but what would you expect from an ocean front hotel exposed to the elements constantly. The location is also perfect as you can easily walk to the downtown area of Angra. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again on our next trip to Terceira."
