Independent in Terceira Island

"Carlos at the front desk was amazing! He went out of his way for his, even running next door to make a reservation for us for dinner. He was very engaging and we had a fantastic conversation with him during our stay. The room was so beautiful with a fantastic attention to detail. We used both the hot tubs and steam and sauna as well. The breakfast buffet was just ok, so we ordered an omelette, which was good. We had a great stay."
