Al principio mal! Ya que nos dieron una habitación que ni debería estar considerada para hospedaje, súper fea, sin tele... Es mas ni un buró tenía tuvimos que dejar las cosas en el piso, la puerta del baño no servia, terrible!! Y hubo que quejarse para que nos cambiaran de habitación. Y bueno las habitaciones que nos dieron después totalmente diferentes. Pero seguramente no volvería a reservar ahí.

Lo bueno: El personal sumamente atento. La habitación limpia, sin malos olores. La ubicación del hotel. Seguridad. Aceptan tarjeta de credito.Lo malo (subjetivo): No había WI-Fi en las habitaciones solo en áreas cercanas a la recepción, el colchón bastante duro, nos dieron toallas con hoyos. El check-in fue algo tedioso, ya que a pesar de hacer la reservación y pago por expedía, ellos no pueden "ver" la información, por lo que te piden que les reenvíes por correo al momento tu reservación o confirmación de expedía. El hotel y sus "lujos" me parecen bastante sencillos, nada del otro mundo, realmente me parece un costo (precio) muy alto para lo recibes. Me volvería a hospedar, si. pero pagando la mitad de lo que pague.

He comprado varias veces con ustedes, y me extraña que ofrezcan algo tan malo y lo peor el precio pagado a ustedes es más caro que si hubiera llegado al hotel y pedido una habitación. El viernes que llegamos no había agua, no ponen toallas de mano, no había servicio de Restaurante, las colchas sucias, la alberca no tiene calefacción por lo tanto el agua helada, el WI-FI solamente servía en el Restaurante, y además el Hotel estaba en obra. Pague $2,358.00 por cada noche de cada habitación, cuando en hotel sin su intervención me hubiera costado $1,750.00 por noche por habitación, según consta en el tablero del hotel. Logré cancelar la noche del domingo porque no era posible quedarse en ese Hotel que no tiene lo elemental. Les solicito de la manera más atenta me bonifiquen la diferencia pagada que es de $608.00 por habitación por noche o sea $2,432.00. Si hubiera llegado al hotel buscando un cuarto, los $1,750.00 son carísimos. Así que les pido su intervención para lograr esto. Así mismo no me han mandado USTEDES el correo de cancelación de $2,358.00 de la noche cancelada, la persona que me atendío me dijo el sábado que me llegaría a más tardar hoy. Y espero su respuesta en mi correo. Saludos

ES UN LUGAR TRANQUILO QUE OFRECE AL VISITANTE LA COMODIDAD PARA TENER UNA ESTANCIA AGRADABLE, ADEMAS DE QUE SU UBICACION PERMITE DISFRUTAR DE UNA VISTA MARAVILLOSA DE TEPOZTLAN Y DEL CERRO DEL TEPOZTECO. LA AMABILIDAD DE SU PERSONAL TE HACEN SENTIR LA CONFIANZA PARA DISFRUTAR DE ESTE LUGAR, ASI COMO EL AGRADABLE SABOR DE SU COCINA. El hotel es muy bonito y los empleados muy amables, dan muy buen servicio. La unica razòn por la que no regresaria es que los colchones son muy incomodos al igual que las almohadas, pasamos muy mala noche y nos dejo un buen dolor de espalda y cuello. no es un hotel barato y creo que podrian invertirle en eso. Beautiful hotel, but not worth the price

I stayed in this beautiful Mexican-style hotel for one night with my mother during the week. The price I paid per night (approx. £60) I thought should include some basics, such as coffee-making facilities in the bedroom and a hair dryer, unfortunately they were not. On top of this, because there is hardly any guests during the week, the hot water boiler was not turned on. On the night of our arrival, we got tired of waiting for the water to be hot enough to have a shower. In the early morning, we had to wait for the water to run for over 30mins (!!!) -as advised by the person in charge- for the hot water to start coming out. This is unacceptable practice considering that Tepoztlán, like the whole of Mexico, has limited water resources. Fixing this issue should be a PRIORITY for the hotel administration. Finally, the restaurant was closed throughout our stay. Again, we think it was because the town is practically empty of visitors during the week -but really crowded at weekends- but the administration should at least warn people staying there in the description of the hotel BEFORE we book the room, so at least guests know. The hotel is modest but beautiful, spotlessly clean and well located even though you have to walk a steep hill up to get into the town. Shame about the lack of facilities and the lack of warning with regards to the lack of eating facilities during week stays.

Hotel de muy baja calidad. Limpio, pero ruidoso, incómodo. A los cuartos, que son excesivamente austeros y feos, les llaman "suites", pero no son suites. Quieren hacer creer que se trata de un hotel boutique, y los precios son de hotel boutique, pero tiene instalaciones de un hotel de paso. Mi habitación tenía una cama matrimonial, no cabía yo con mi esposa. las tuberías sonaban muy fuerte y nos despertaban al igual que el paso de la gente en el pasillo, porque la puerta del cuarto es de vidrio con herreria blanca de aluminio pintado. Muy caro y feo.
