If you want to stay here you better bring your own blanket. There’s no heater . asked for one and never received it. Doors and windows are not sealed you can see around the frame. And a tip you have to pay at the property since they say that Expedia cannot charge for the room ( so I had to call Expedia so they could refund the money that they had charge my account ) and the property wanted me to pay there if I wanted the room that I had reserved. Had to knock at the door for someone to look through a small window asking me what I want it. I had to explain my reservation through the window before they open the door for me, my wife and my 4 year old ( this was at 40 degrees Fahrenheit )

Thanks for your feedback, however the information contained is false for two reasons: 1) The service we have agreed with Expedia doesn't include the charge to any credit card2) Your reservation in this particular case was made without a credit cardWe have asked Expedia to clarify this with you because even though we explained that during your stay, it seems it was not clear enough. The rest of the information is likewise false and that's why we are responding to your comment because we have a way to prove it. We regret that you were not happy during your stay, so we strongly recommend that the next time you book trough any platform you READ carefully all of the information regarding your booking. Regards

Quiet, clean, central and friendly
We enjoyed our night with the Posada. On arrival we were able to put the car in covered parking. The receptionist offered us several options for dinner. We chose the most “authentically Mexican” one, a short drive away (Mary). Excellent bed, quiet on a Friday night. Saturday morning walk around Tepotzoltán was wonderful, and morning coffee on the hotel rooftop was a pleasure. Totally recommended!

Nice hotel nead downtown with great staff
The hotel is just ok. The best thing about it is the closeness to the downtown. Is clean with a great staff, very kind and helpful. The hotel is noisy so you can't sleep very well....

La habitación es muy básica pero es suficiente para descansar. El Estacionamiento es limitado, sin embargo el personal lo resolvió de inmediato. En general cumple sin grandes expectativas. Algo muy valioso es la amabilidad del personal, el cual resolvió nuestras peticiones e incluso hizo sugerencias valiosas durante nuestra estadía.

En general todo fue increíble, solo que tengan más comunicación entre empleados o un mejor registro, al día siguiente nos querían volver a cobrar, cuando ya habíamos liquidado, fue un momento bastante incómodo, ojo ahí.

Los lugares de estacionamiento son muy pequeños, la cama es muy cómoda aunque le faltan una almohadas más acojinadas, estaría increíble que el diseño del sanitario estuviera en conjunto con la regadera para mayor privacidad

El hotel está agradable en general, pero sí les siguieron atenciones básicas que faltan en el servicio: 1) Botella de agua para huéspedes 2) Al menos dos jabones de baño, pues solo ponen uno; agregar shampo 3) Cambiar la televisión porque es muy pequeña, incluso menor al monitor de una computadora. 4) Poner retretes más ecológicos que ahorren agua.

Es un lugar pequeño pero acogedor y muy colonia es muy bonito, sus servicios son muy buenos y la atención del personal muy amable y atenta Solo agregaría que hay que mejorar la pantalla de la habitación aún que cuenta con cable es muy pequeña menos de 32". Y también el estacionamiento es muy reducido.

Muy bonito lugar para descansar, en esta ocasión lo visitamos porque teníamos un evento social y el personal fue muy compresivo en si llegábamos por la madrugada, nos ofrecieron una cobija extra para no pasar frió y en general la habitación estaba aseada y muy acogedora.
