A fabulous stay! ✨The hotel is so chic and cute and clean and modern. Obviously the location is really quite attractive. The neighborhood (Roma Norte) surrounding the hotel is so lush and green and full of beautiful art and colored buildings! There’s so much rich food around the neighborhood, and all the hot taco spots you could think of. Even the hot churro spots are nearby. Above all the hospitality is absolutely excellent. The staff are so warm and so friendly and they really get to know you personally. I want to especially thank Max, Natalia, and Adriana! Truly, they made each day I stayed here so much better with their warmth and joy. I also appreciated how there is 24/7 security!

We were three women on our own. Alejandro, the doorman was amazing. He learned all three of our names and used them correctly whenever he saw us. He was extremely polite and helpful. Always asked permission before entering our rooms to help with something. Alejandro is a huge asset to this beautiful hotel. Another wonderful perk: we were given a separate key for a nice lounge with food and bathrooms before our rooms were ready and after checkout for us to have a place to use as needed all day. Very nice! Wish all hotels offered this! Have stayed here msny times over thr years and will continue to do so!

Rooftop terrace is amazing. Free coffee tea all day in gorgeous setting. Brings friends up to enjoy a cocktail. Very friendly and helpful staff. Building is historical Art Deco. No elevator. Would highly recommend if a few stairs don’t bother you

A safe area to stay. Pretty good hotel . We did have issues with the faucet . We had a huge leak and water all over our floor. I placed multiple bath towels to help while they sent someone. The receptionist said she would send someone. We came back from our day out and no one had shown up. So we had to brush our teeth , face, hands, In the shower. Ugh! They did fixed it the next day. Other than that issue. Our stay was fine. Quick check in and out. One more thing. Be careful with the iron , they get extremely hot . Even at low setting. I burnt my $400 pants.
