"Perfect hotel to stay to visit the pyramids of teotiuchaun. Staff treated my son and I like kings. They also helped us secure rides and a balloon tour. When our balloon tour was canceled due to weather they refunded me without me even asking. I was really worried about transportation since I speak very little espanol but the Staff helped me work through everything."
