"We decided to treat ourselves to a stay in the Chalet Suite to finish off our snowboarding holiday in Livigno and we weren’t disappointed. Even prior to check in Mery the property manager was very accommodating organising an early check in, and thereafter she was very responsive to any requests. The property was fantastic with everything we wanted to give us the relaxing end to the holiday that we had planned. "

"Beautiful hotel in the middle of St Moritz. Close to everything, except the train. Although they provide transportation to the train station, so that was wonderful! Staff was so nice and accommodating. They helped us with everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The rooftop bar was a great place to reset and admire the view. Wonderful place to stay! "

"Very clean room, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pizza at the restaurant was excellent with a nice thin crust. Breakfast buffet was plentiful, fresh, and delicious. I believe you could order eggs and I heard someone order pancakes so there are options besides the buffet. Overall a very nice hotel and I would stay here again. "
