"The best thing about the entire stay was the water pressure in the shower head. The decor is very dated. The living room area couch and chair smelled very musty. So bad I couldn't sit there long do to my allergies. My nose and eyes were actually burning from the smell. The buffet had a wide variety of items. It was good for what it is. There was a smart TV in the room, and good wifi. They make a good effort for eco-friendliness too! It’s literally a 1-2 minute walk to Aizuwakamatsu Station, and there are plenty of places to eat in the vicinity. They also offer a complimentary breakfast buffet which is lovely! "

"The hotel is not a mere typical hotel but including Japanese elements and so on. You can have amazing Chinese cuisine at dinner and great traditional local food at breakfast at the restaurant. There is a oxygen capsule, corridor decorated with colorful paint, hot spring(not gorgeous) and sauna- tents(outside, option). "

"Had had a great stay in this beautiful hotel. One of our group members had left behind his bag in a remote restaurant prior to his arrival and with the great assistance of the hotel staff, we managed eventually to confirm that the bag had been sent to a police station. The staff, who didn’t speak good English , had been very patient in understanding my Japanese of limited proficiency , and had the matter sorted out to our great satisfaction."
