"Staff on check in were really lovely, friendly and helpful. Carried our suitcases upstairs which was much appreciated and provided iron and ironing board within minutes. Room 14 is a safety hazard! Tiny step in to the bathroom which is really easy to miss and I actually had a bad fall when staying. ..."

"One of the worst hotels I’ve ever booked! My wife and son stayed there as near to the channel tunnel, but they reported a extremely smelly and very tied hotel that needs to be removed from your site as it’s not a good reflection on your normal level of service😩"
