"Mostly clean room, wonderful staff"

"Again, we’ve been to this hotel several times, but each time the sewer gas odor in the rooms is more and more pronounced this time the floor ceiling windows needed to be opened for half the day as when you close them the room was almost inhabitable. The food at their main hotel restaurant is also overpriced and not as impressive as they believe it to be. The pool is nice but other guests monopolized the hotel hot tub so you’re only able to get in there when they clear out. They also have owls that live on the roof and make noise outside the window every second literally from sunset to sundown, so pour as isolated as it is it’s rather loud at night, but something they probably can’t prevent."

"What a beautiful hotel! Excellent generous breakfast, clean room overlooking the vineyard, kind and helpful staff, lovely pool area to relax in, and three restaurants on site or within easy walking distance. Not located in town so you need to drive a few minutes to grocery stores or the museum, but perfect for a quiet relaxing stay in nature. "

"Our stay was spectacular! Our host Mauricio and his family were welcoming and accommodating. It felt glorious to stroll around the grounds and pick fruit and even almonds! Our room was spacious with a private balcony, and the house was gorgeous with antique furniture and decor everywhere. This is a Must Stay! "

"The hotel was in a great location and the garden and pool made it a very relaxing place to stay. All the staff were so friendly and helpful - they had given great advice before we arrived and booked wine tours for us which made our stay all the more enjoyable! Breakfast was also really good. We would certainly stay here again. "

"A comfortable, family run friendly place to stay. It's a bit quirky, and full of interesting memorabilia, but just perfect for us, with a swimming pool and a couple of excellent restaurants within 1 min walking for dinner. Spot on."
