"We did not get to experience a stay here. The Host left us high and dry and never provided any check in details. We tried to communicate with the host on multiple occasions before the date of the booking with no response. Ended up spending 4hrs on the phone with Stayz support to get the booking refunded and try and book somewhere to stay on the same day as we were arriving. "Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely quiet clean room. Super comfy bed. Love the decor, especially the tiling in the bathroom. Shower was not so great, poor pressure. Pool, sauna and steam room were absolutely fabulous. Such a treat. The gym was also excellent. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely book again. "
