"Penthouse is in a great location! You can walk to dinner, grocery store and it is a short drive to Costa Adeje and Playa de las Americas. The unit is a bit worn, but totally functional. There isn't a laundry dryer, but no worries everything dries quickly hanging on the roof. Drying racks are available. Obviously, if you have any mobility issues, the stairs would be a problem. "Minhal came to the apartment to show us around on arrival. The apartment itself has everything anyone could ask for and there were also many extras like tea coffee etc. toothpaste and sunblock laid on. Attention to detail is very helpful. "Pros: Lo que más destacamos es el trato del anfitrión. Siempre atento, amable y pendiente de que no nos faltara nada.
