"We had a very comfortable stay. The only downside was that our room was on the second floor, and we didn’t realize there was no elevator. Carrying our suitcases up and down the stairs was quite difficult."

"冬場の宿泊時(降雪、積雪時)は、施設や周辺道路の路面凍結箇所が多いです。車の出入りのスリップや、施設内の歩行、階段や廊下など、とても滑りやすいので注意が必要です(スタッドレスタイヤは必須です)。 まだ真新しい為、施設内はとても綺麗で汚れで気になる所はありませんでした。 なるべく長く状態を維持できる様、利用者と管理されている方の相互が協力できれば良いなと思います。 アメニティーは必要最低限なので、化粧水、洗顔類などは無く、シャンプーやコンディショナーはありますが、髪がパサつきやすいので、気になる方は持参された方が良いです。 テラスや浴室から見える裏庭の山は、雪景色でとても美しく、人工温泉と共に堪能できました。 ..."
